Catch failed trajectory movement

Sometimes The trajectory fails to start because it is not at the right position.

• catch this error in feedback and stop the print
• print out which trajectory failed (so print can be manually continued from that point)
• if failure is caught, plan and move to start of location and try again to avoid manual stop

Should be able to fix this issue in simulation since it is a movement only issue

Error can occur in simulation but does not.

On hardware, this error is not (fully) repeatable. I assume certain trajectories are are more prone to it since they end in a more jerky movement. The angles that cause this error care usually less than 0.02 radians/1.14 degrees (0.01 radians triggers this error).

Can catch this before hand and reject execution myself.
