added bootstrapping to pca to add more samples. Not enough data and I think more features need to be added into the dataset. Perhaps nbursts, burst duration, coactivation, npks in a burst etc

Added new script to plot any databased feature incl. latency, iemg, pk2pk and npks. Next commit will remove PlotPk2Pk.m. It is redundant

started work on creating graphs to plot pk2pk and normalise with group. Next is to separate the animal by treatment group and divide by the normalised mean then create the bar plots by week

changed the struct to save as a table and export as csv and now the csv files are formatted correctly

added old code that parses .mat to .csv, the csv files are unformatted but contains the important information regardless

adjusted mepresponse to a simpler code, meppeaks and then made code to construct a database of useful mep response info

working towards creating a mep database. see trello for upcoming changes, currently the peak finding method is not working well
