Context and dataset description should be saved in a .describo file
Properties with link to contextual entities from both files AND other contextual entities should use this form
file:///path/to/dataset.describo#_b1 where _b1 is a blank (internal) id
In the short term this won't make much difference, but eventually this will allow contexts to be re-used/shared.
