Sample Print for Hardware demo

• select a good model to print for the hardware demonstration
• select another model which is smaller
• Slice models
• Create plan with decmcts
• Any prep for the real print (photos, videos etc?)
• Execute real print

Calibration fix - the arms were like 2mm off so need to fix relative calibration - partially caused by arms shifting overnight, partially by the fact the calibration wasn't great to begin with.

• more accurately measure the locations of the points i am going to
• update calibration calculations using new point locations, old joints
• test calibration
• recalibrate with updated locations
• test calibration

tried changing calibration points, and it didnt really work - manually adjusted calibration just seem to work better

Notes on hardware:

• minor calibration error still persists - will need to be fixed for next print (1mm y axis, 0.5mm z axis)
• r1 sometimes stops extruding (knurling filled with plastic)
• Pink material curls, peeling off the bed - black filament is is much better (pink shrinks more when cooling?)
• sometimes small extrusions slide with the nozzle to the next position: lift nozzle directly up and down between contours to prevent getting caught on printed material
• expected extrusion/retraction time before and after contours is 0.15s but this is too quick so the extruder goes at max speed, taking more than 0.15 seconds, putting a delay between extrusion and movement
• Pausing and playing hardware execution would be a nice feature.
• black filament sometimes gets bent, cannot slide into the extruder

So with the following fixes, I would feel comfortable leaving the execution independently:

• both materials don't bend
• spool mounts which work well
• moving nozzle up and down between contours (to be done on planning side)
