Corrected an error in calculating the integrated EMG by writing to 0 rather than NaN. Output files are now collected in the 'output' directory and timestamped

The left sum was summing the 'right' step data. This is now fixed. Verified the values by summing all phases for all trials and checking against the sum of 'all'

Major changes to the calculation of the integrated EMG, each phase may not begin at each point, integrated information can be summated to find total area so that's what was applied. The 'dataValidation' code is does not work well for the integrated EMG validation, this was done by hand instead but rounding errors are great with only 4 significant figures

added a validation step which checks the output by completing a calculation of the expected values for random data points

Axes are now dependent on the max/min value of the given channel, selecting files through data_summary sheet.

Minor changes to plotData to include the norm data and changed the mean plotting. normalizeData currently normalizes the y -axis and timeseries.
