Improved calibration process
The current calibration process is too slow - need a faster way to calibrate and test calibration:
- Automatically calculate ik for (1cm above) next calibration point
- move to next calibration point automatically
- update to using Cartesian path for safety
- safety process for going to slightly above the desired point
- safety process to display trajectory before confirming
- slow down trajectory execution
