Extrusion stops working for really long extrusions

Currently failing on a 1974mm extrusion.

• test what point the extrusion fails at
• split contours before planning if extrusion greater than that amount
• also remove contours with less than 1mm of extrusion before planning (up to 20% of contours are less than 1mm of extrusion)
• change Marlin max Extrusion to 5000 and put it on the arduinos

Extrusions greater than 200mm are rejected by Marlin on the arduino. Needs to be re-flashed with this line changed to like 5000 or something: https://code.research.uts.edu.au/bigprint/marlin/-/blob/master/Marlin/Configuration.h#L471

For now, splitting contours into sub 200mm Extrusion sections
