Contour waypoints too wide apart in larger prints

linked to twins-planner#47 (closed).

When contour waypoints are too wide apart, the ik solutions are too different to be linked together.

Interpolate between contour way points such that they there is some maximum distance between them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
