OMERO organises data in a different way from how files are organised on a computer.
OMERO organises data in a different way compared to how files are organised on a computer.
There are two types of containers (folders) in OMERO which are structured as
`Projects > Datasets > Images`

As the hierarchy is very flat, you will have many images in each dataset and many datasets in each project. Although this may seem like a limitation, this enables you to rapidly reorganise your data. ***The key to organising data in OMERO is using key-value pairs.***
